Candice Rossi
Born and raised in South Africa, after completing my degree in South Africa whilst following a life long passion of dance. I was offered a dance contract abroad, these were really the best years.. following my passion and being able to see the world. After a few years of dancing abroad I found myself in the South of France.
I soon realized that using my degree at a nine to five desk job wasn’t my calling and decided to complete my BASI Pilates comprehensive course.
Since opening Pilates MC in 2012, I am always looking to further my education and have since completed various other Pilates courses.
Pilates is my passion, the movement and understanding of the human body fascinates me. I love the mind body connection and the precision of Pilates. It keeps my body stable and injury free.
I enjoy helping clients improve their movement patterns, alleviate pain and recovery from injury. I thrive on seeing clients discover new capabilities that help them find more ease and freedom of movement.
Daniele Melillo
Nato e cresciuto a Torino ( Italia ). Sportivo fin dall’adolescenza, ho praticato innumerevoli discipline, quali arti marziali, sci, equitazione, ciclismo e nuoto.
Mi sono avvicinato al Pilates a seguito di un infortunio e da quel momento ho capito che oltre a rappresentare la via più corretta verso l’ottenimento di un “corpo sano” , questa disciplina così completa sarebbe potuta diventare anche la mia attività. Ho quindi ottenuto la certificazione di istruttore BASI Pilates nel 2015 e svolto vari corsi di approfondimento per potermi interfacciare con le più svariate tipologie di clienti quali donne in stato di gravidanza, sportivi e in età avanzata. Insegno e pratico questa disciplina con passione e professionalità cercando di proporre classi sempre diverse e personalizzate sulle esigenze dei singoli clienti.
Insegno in lingua Italiana e Inglese, utilizzando sia il repertorio Mat che quello per i grandi attrezzi presenti nel nostro studio ( Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Ladder Barrell e Spine corrector ).
